1. The shipping price for 13 cards and over is for priority mail. Any
card order ABOVE 15 cards, please contact me for shipping cost BEFORE
ordering. Upon agreement of price, an email invoice will then be sent.
2. For any orders that are to be shipped out of the 48 continuous states,
please email me before ordering for shipping costs. Upon agreement of
price, an email invoice will then be sent.
3. Allegheny and Philadelphia County orderers, please contact me so
that the 1% local tax can be invoiced via email.
